Andrew is a Missouri native who brings 14 years of experience as a seasoned business and military leader with expertise in operations, strategy, and people.
Andrew has earned degrees from Missouri University, West Point, and Harvard Business School. He previously spent 6 years as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
He is an avid motorcyclist and world traveler (82 countries on a bike and counting). He likes Army Football and the Kansas City Chiefs, but is without question Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters' #1 fan.
marcela fernandez

Finance
Marcela brings diverse experience in food, travel, and hospitality, ranging from founding a wildly popular cidery to leading teams in some of NA's largest customer-facing companies.
Marcela attended the Technological Institute, Monterrey and Stanford GSB. She previously consulted at McKinsey & Co., and directed Customer Experience for City Express Hotels.
Marcela strives to empower teams through compassionate leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and open innovation.
MAX
WILLIAMS

Data & Digital
Max combines robust strategic experience with an operational focus on process optimization through digital enablement and data management.
Max obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and previously worked at McKinsey & Co.
He serves on the boards of the Rocky Mountain Texas Exes and Texas Phi Kappa Sigma. He is a lifelong supporter of Liverpool F.C. and the Texas Longhorns.
